Two main things happen in this mini-sode (and I call this one a mini-sode in the way you can only do after coming back from a one week break):
1) If you know me, you know how grumpy I can get when I don’t train. It’s even more difficult when I have to work around the Holidays. I give you a couple tips that I have for planning around the Holidays.
2) When we last left you, I put out a challenge to myself for a thing called: No Defense November. On this episode, I update you on all the training sessions I had during the past few days and tell you exactly how it felt to try this more aggressive mindset.
